E90 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage
Updated: January 2026. Please read this document carefully before using e90's services. By registering or accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the e90 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the e90 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the e90 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
The e90 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the e90 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. e90 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate your account details. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. e90 will not be liable for any losses resulting from disclosure of your password to a third party, whether intentional or accidental. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As an e90 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following strictly prohibited activities:
- Using automated software or methods (bots, scripts or third-party programs) to access, browse or interact with the platform without written authorisation from e90.
- Manipulating, cheating or attempting to exploit any system, game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
- Conducting deposit or withdrawal transactions using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not legally valid.
- Transferring funds between user accounts in an unauthorised manner or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Sharing your account details with any third party or allowing another person to use your account on your behalf.
Any breach of the above rules entitles e90 to take immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance without refund.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the e90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion is applied and the deposit amount you enter is the exact amount credited to your account, subject to the relevant bank's processing time.
Accepted Deposit Methods
E90 accepts deposits via DuitNow QR and FPX. All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will not be accepted and will be returned upon identification.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with e90's internal procedures. You are required to complete the account verification process before your first withdrawal is approved. e90 reserves the right to request additional documents to ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take several business days.
Disputed Transactions
If you notice any unrecognised or suspicious transactions in your account, you are required to report them to the e90 support team within seven days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be subject to a full investigation.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
E90 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit verification documents, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspension due to a violation, account balances may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through our customer support channels. Any eligible balance will be refunded once all required checks have been completed.
Liability Limits
E90 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by users through use of the platform, including losses from betting activity, temporary technical disruptions or game outcomes. The platform provides entertainment services and all betting activity is undertaken at the user's own risk. e90's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the e90 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of e90 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of these elements without prior written consent from e90.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The e90 platform may utilise third-party game providers or payment systems. e90 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service or content provided by those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms
E90 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from use of the e90 platform must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
